Start Here

Dust Bunnies and Tabby Tales is for women who are looking for inspiration on their homemaking and personal journey with a bit of cuteness thrown in (aka Mr. Morris). I wanted to put a bit of a funny spin on my blog by sharing my life as a homemaker (my struggles and tips) and how helpful Mr. Morris is around the house. He's very curious, loves to help organize, help make the bed, hide in boxes and get into any trouble that he can. So, I thought it would be fun to include him when he's "helping".

Where did the name Dust Bunnies and Tabby Tales come from?

To me, dust bunnies is not only the things we need to clean up in our homes, but also in our lives. We all have struggles and I wanted to share the struggles I have experienced so that we can all learn from them. (You will find most of these in my faith, homemaking and daily life posts)

I chose tabby tales because Mr. Morris is an orange tabby and I wanted to include the funny things he does to put a bit of cuteness in my blog.

Topics I cover will include:
  • Faith - Real life issues and how we can face them from a biblical perspective.
  • Homemaking - Cleaning, struggles, life as a homemaker and what it means to be a homemaker.
  • Organizing - Follow along with me as I clean up clutter and organize as well as other tips.
  • Daily Life - Day to day life from a homemaker in Texas.
  • Cross Stitch - Current projects that I'm working on.
  • Cleaning - Come along with me as I clean and share some of my tips.
