Applewood Smoke Flavor Chicken Wings - Cooking Time With Morris

My husband and I made a trip to Sam's (it's similar to Costco) and we picked up these Applewood Smoke Flavor Wings and I must say... they were delish! If you find these... get them!

A few days ago, I served them with loaded mashed taters and zucchini. The zucchini was cooked with a little bit of butter and some salt and pepper. Basic. But, I wanted to share with you how I made the mashed taters.

I used the butter style potatoes (about 6 small), cleaned, cut into cube-ish pieces with skin on and boiled until soft. After the potatoes were done, I mashed them and added a bit of butter (about 1 tbsp), salt and pepper to taste, bacon & chive seasoning (McCormick Perfect Pinch), a sprinkle of shredded cheese and about 1/2 a small container of sour cream. Delish!

And of course, I had a helper...
