What's for Dinner? - Healthy Burritos

I love me some salsa and chips, tacos, nachos and burritos! But, I had to figure out a way to make them healthier for my family.

Instead of using flour tortillas (BTW, have you tried the Mixla tortillas? Corn and flour together. Delish), we opted for the Whole Grain & Flax Tortillas from Sam's.

Whole Grain & Flax Tortillas

We replaced our ground beef with ground turkey and gave it some flavor with taco seasoning.

Burrito Ingredients

Our other ingredients included...
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Onion (I usually like red, but all I had on hand was white)
Sweet Peppers
Shredded cheese
Lemon (I prefer lime)
Avocado
Light Sour Cream
Hot Sauce

I totally forgot to take a picture of my burrito all put together. I was starving!
